Social Responsability

We strive for the sustainability of our organization through products, processes, and activities that promote the responsible use of resources, reduce environmental impact, and support the growth and development of human talent, culture, and social awareness.

We are committed to supporting and promoting environmentally safe actions, allocating the necessary human and financial resources to ensure the health and safety of our employees, clients, suppliers, and contractors.

Security & Health Program

We understand corporate social responsibility as a commitment we undertake toward our stakeholders in pursuit of sustainability.

Aware of our commitment to the country, AMG de Colombia S.A.S. has made various efforts to contribute to society.

One of these efforts is the “Caps to Heal” Campaign, an ongoing initiative that invites all collaborators to collect and donate any type of plastic cap, regardless of size, color, or product. These caps are sorted by color, washed, and ground to create new plastic products and everyday items. The proceeds from the sale of these caps play a key role in supporting the development of comprehensive assistance programs.

For us, biodiversity is linked to impact minimization and to the conservation, protection, restoration, understanding, recovery, management, and sustainable use of forests, reservoirs, and forest plantations located in the areas influenced by our projects. AMG de Colombia S.A.S. participated in the “Plant a Native Tree” initiative at the Periland Eco Park ecological reserve located in Cundinamarca.

Our Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) is designed as a joint framework between employer and employees for implementing occupational health and safety measures through the continuous improvement of workplace conditions and environment, as well as the effective control of hazards and risks in the workplace.

The Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) consists of a logical, step-by-step process based on continuous improvement. It includes policy, organization, planning, implementation, evaluation, auditing, and corrective actions, with the goal of anticipating, identifying, assessing, and controlling risks that may affect workplace health and safety. To this end, AMG de Colombia S.A.S. focuses on preventing workplace accidents and occupational diseases, as well as protecting and promoting workers’ health, through the implementation of a structured, stage-based methodology grounded in the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle, encompassing policy, organization, planning, implementation, evaluation, auditing, and improvement actions.
